How To Download And Upgrade Samsung One UI 2 on Android 10?

You can either wait for the automatic notification related to Software Update to appear on your Samsung phone or you can download it manually by heading to Settings-> Software Update-> Download and install. If you are in New Zealand, you should be able to download it right away on your Samsung Galaxy S10, S10+ and S10e phones.

Though this update should not effect your personal data, Samsung recommends to take backup of your phone data before updating Android on your phone.

Once the download of Update is completed, you will be presented with the below 2 options:

1. Schedule Install

2. Install Now

As you will not be able to use your phone during the update, so consider a time when you don't have to place any calls or are not expecting any calls. The best option is to select Schedule Install and schedule it for late night.

The Android 10 update took around 30 mins to install on the Samsung Galaxy S10+ phone, so it should not take more than an hour on any Samsung Galaxy S10 series phone as these are the high specs phone with high performance.

You might want to update the apps including Calculator, Samsung Internet, Samsung Health and Samsung Notes manually as they need to be updated individually after the Android 10 update.
